Interactive Math Makes Learning FUN!

I am SO excited about our new Interactive Math Packet (Addition up to 20)!!!  Hands down, it is the BEST math product I have ever created!  I have been wanting to make some engaging, FUN and hands-on resources for math to help master simple math facts.  This packet is LOADED with resources that make math FUN!  We have been using this packet for about a week now, and I can't even begin to tell you how helpful it has been and how much progress I have seen!  I am so happy and I have a happy little learner!

Grab your dice and your paperclips because this packet is PACKED with GAMES!  The best part about this packet... NO PREP....just PRINT and PLAY!  (Actually, there is a tiny bit of prep, but I will share that in a minute).  Kids will spin, roll, color, cut, paste and play their way to mastering math facts!

Most of the games in this packet only require dice and a paperclip!  It is amazing how much FUN you can have with these 2 items!

Here are a few printables "in action"...
On the top part of this page students will solve 8 problems and decide if the given equation is true or false.  Then they would color each box according to the color code.  The second part of the page requires students to use the two spinners to solve a simple equation.  They would also use tally marks to show the sum, which is a common core standard.
So much interactive practice on one page!

Solve it, Cut it, Paste it!
This page involves cutting, pasting and sorting.  Students will solve the problems at the bottom of the page, cut them out and sort them according to the directions.

We even have some timed tests in the packet to help improve with speed and accuracy.  This little Moffatt Girl LOVED doing this Fast Fact Test!  She only missed 1 out of 15 and completed the test in 56 seconds.  She is determined to finish faster next time :)  We did the test AFTER we practiced a LOT!  This really helps build confidence BEFORE we take a "not so pressured" timed test.

Rolling dice is a BIG part of this packet!  When learning becomes a GAME, kids have so much more FUN!  This activity actually required you to roll 3 dice and add up the addends to find the sum.
Simple. Fun. SUPER Effective!

Now onto MY favorite part!
I love being organized because it makes me feel like a better teacher :)  When I am not organized everybody suffers!  I decided to make our flash cards ready to go and organized!  I began by printing each set of flashcards on a specific color of paper.  This would also really help make differentiated instruction easy during math time.

After laminating and cutting out the flash cards, I put them into baggies.  I used the packing tape to attach the labels to the plastic baggies.

I just put them into a basket and we are ready to go.... and ORGANIZED!
This is the ONLY prep you have to do in this packet :)
How FUN is that?
