Time 4 Learning Review

Time 4 Learning is a product that I always wanted to try and I was excited to be able to test it out this month!

What is Time 4 Learning?
Time 4 Learning is an online curriculum program for preschool to eighth grade.  This technology based program is primarily used by homeschooling families as either a core curriculum or a supplement to their current curriculum.   However, this product can also be used for extra help after school.  This standard based curriculum covers Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies.  Best of all, Time 4 Learning allows a child to progress at his/her pace and provides parents the opportunities to change grade levels according to the needs of their child.

Time 4 Learning also keeps track of your child's progress and has a fantastic record keeping system that be printed and used as part of a portfolio.  Parents can decide how much time they want their child to spend

What Do I Think?
As a former education, these are the features that I really like and appreciate about Time 4 Learning:
*They offer a Language Arts Reading List for 1st-8th grade
*Each lesson is linked to standards, which are stated in the lesson plans
*There is a supply list for science (3rd-8th)
*They provide an information video for student record keeping!
*Parents can adjust their child's learning levels at anytime
*There are forums for homeschooling families in your state
*You can review your child's progress reports!

What does my Preschooler think of the product?
Audrey absolutely LOVES this program!  In fact, she asks to "play" Time 4 Learning every day.  She recently learned about the Solar System and asked if we could get some books about space at the library.  I love that Audrey is learning new things and I love that she wants to learn more about the subject!  Although I only allow her 15 minutes of computer time a day, she has enjoyed every minute of her time!!

Here is Audrey working on some money skills...

How Much Does it Cost?
*19.95/month for the first child
*$14.95 for each additional child

Although this fee is a little more than our family can budget right now, the price is still worth the money and an excellent resource!

Disclosure:  I was provided a 1 month membership in exchange for my honest review.  The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not influenced by company or the free product provided.

What an informative review! We have used Time4Learning for years and I really like that you can adjust the levels for your child and also love that they provide a Language Arts Reading list. Another site you might be interested in is HomeschoolLiterature.com
