What I love about these printables is that you can have fun while learning a bunch of skills, including math!
Print the grocery shopping printables. Cut the construction paper to 8 1/2 x 11. Trim down the shopping lists to fit the construction paper. Cut out the individual prices.
Use a glue stick (not white glue!) to attach the prices and coupons onto the construction paper. Laminate
after gluing onto the construction paper.
Cut out with a boarder, if you want:) I think it makes them look pretty, plus it helps to identify different prices.
The little tot couldn't wait until we got the price tags on the groceries! She loves shopping too!
Audrey is ready to go (in her swimsuit!) with her shopping list, baby, purse and shopping cart.
Ready to shop!
Double checks her grocery list, which can be erased when laminated
and used with a dry erase marker.
Pays for the food, but is a little shocked at the inflated food prices!!!!!
Audrey bags up her groceries...
Heads home and realizes that she forgot to use her coupons!! Oh well...next time:)

How cute!
Stopping by from Preschool Corner.
Cute idea!!! Thanks so much for joining in the Preschool Corner!
Thank you for your sweet comment yesterday on my blog. I love meeting new Mommies. Your printables remind me of how much I used to do with my oldest two. My little guys have had the short end of my homeschooling stick lately. They are going to a bilingual preschool here; which is a blessing at times and quite challenging at others. I'm hoping to get back to a few fun things for my preschoolers... your blog has encouraged me to do just that.
Blessings to you and yours,
Laura

This is so cute! Did you read a book about grocery stores or shopping?
No, but that is a SUPER idea! I will be picking up some books about food or shopping at the library! Thanks:)
So cute! I am trying this with my son in a couple weeks so I will have to bookmark this!
Totally LOL'd that she was doing this in her bathing suit!
I am so glad that I found your blog. Such cute printables and such a fun activity to do. I too taught Elementary School and I have 2 little girls of my own at home. They will love doing this activity together. Wonderful blog & I am excited to read more of your posts.

Just came across this post and I love it! My three year old will get a kick out something like is! Right now she is obsessed with recyclable shopping bags and she fills them up with her play food and loads them in her little grocery cart... I think she may be ready for lists and prices! I can't wait to do this with her! - I have done similar things in my prem room but on a much smaller scale....
=)
